Lucius Van Horne is a minor character of Ollie's Pack. He can transform into any creature.
As an example, he transformed into VP Magna in Lord of the Caf and into Ollie in Ollie Doubles Down. In Ollie Doubles Down, he was also eaten by the Goo Monster, but was quickly released from there.
