People may assume that these names line up with the order they are exiting the room, but that is contra-indicated by later references to character names:
the 1st to exit is a large boy with blonde hair whose name is Ned
the 2nd to exit is a boy with glasses and a missing tooth whose name is Nigel
the 3rd to exit is an orange-haired boy named Steven
the 4th to exit is a blonde girl (possibly Lori though that could be another girl in distance Wowski points to)
the 5th to exit is a short blonde boy with green glasses named Doug in a late repisode: Wowski seems to be saying Carl while turning to look at him but he must be looking at someone else
the 6th to exit is a brunette he later refers to as Jo-Jo
the 7th to exit is Stacy (brown skin with glasses) who Wowski doesn't name
the 8th to exit is a boy in tan shorts with a red shirt and white undershirt (face not seen) but seems to be the Commercial boy
the 9th to exit is a boy with with black pants and a dark-gray vest overtop a light-gray long-sleeved shirt whom he later calls Xander .. this is NOT who Taggert is
the 10th to exit is a girl with dark skin, yellow slip-on shoes, a pink skirt and a yellow sweater (aka Yellow turtleneck girl) possibly Toni
the 11th to exit is boy with dark blue jeans, green shoes, and a light-blue hoodie he later refers to as Zach
It's clear that he neglected to name at least one of them, and that he neglected to use four of the names which were elsewhere established.
Wowski laments "I think I mixed up the Bs, but no worrYs" (rhyming)
Which might possibly mean that he recognizes Brian/Brody are not the names of Ned/Nigel.
Later at 7:28 Wowski uses two of these names a 2nd time while playing with three of the eleven who were seen walking out:
"Zach attack!"
"Jo-Jo down low-low"
It is possibly to discern which of them it is by who he is high-fiving. Prior to them he also mentions Xander, who he neglected to include in his alphabetical address.
